This virtual event was an experience my whole team got to enjoy together. There were fun activities, clear instructions, and most importantly - DELICIOUS fresh mozzarella. We also had some logistical shipping issues, as our team changed a couple times during the planning phase, despite this, the cheese making team was very flexible and even had the kits personally delivered to save time.
