Are you a cheese lover, but don’t eat dairy? This is the kit for you! We include enough ingredients to make 8 batches of vegan based cheese that you can slice, grate and even melt! All you have to do is select the nut or seed (yes you can use seeds) that's best for you. While cashews are the traditional nut used for a mozzarella-style cheese, you can use any of the following single or mixed nuts and sees: Cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pine nuts, macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds... the list is endless. You can use roasted, salted or raw nuts and seeds and flavour your cheese with fresh herbs, roasted garlic, lemon, jalapenos, pesto or keep it simple. You walnut be disappointed!
