Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days only. Shipments do not go out on weekends or holidays.

For the majority of our business in Canada, Canada post estimates the shipping and creates the label from that estimate. We do not guarantee any shipping times these are Canada post estimates. When checking out you will be given options as to what level of post service you prefer:

Once you select your post type, the order is processed within 24-48 hours whereupon the label is created and added to the package. We strive to take all labelled packages to the Canada Post depot within 24-48 hours after the shipping label is purchased so long as it is a business day.

Shipping times may vary depending on the type of service you choose. For all of our products sold in Canada, the estimated shipping time for basic post is 1-7 business days.

We do not reimburse shipping due to error in mailing address.

All Domestic post through Canada Post comes with a tracking number and can be tracked through their website.

Cheese Maker is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For International post the same restrictions apply except that it will be through an international carrier and not Canada Post.
